Day #1

DISCLAIMER: these posts will be written from the road, so not all information is timely. Use your imagination.

Hello world!!!! Lindsey here comin atcha from 270. We just started our trip and are currently 15 minutes away from my house and we COULD just turn around and save our friendship (we just got lost and took a 10 minute detour. Curse you Dulles Toll Road and the $1.25 we’ll never get back) but instead we’re putting it to the test and spending a week on the road together. Nikki is dancing to Feliz Navidad because it’s CHRISTMAS! I for one cannot wait until December 26^th when we can finally listen to real music again…and by real music I obviously mean Fall Out Boy. We are debating vlogging (video blogging for those of you over the age of 50) and right now we think we’re taking the a cappella angle for our series. STAY TUNED!

Our first stop will be Raleigh, NC. Shout out to Morgan Wittenberg for joining us on this leg of our journey! Now, some words from Morgan:

GR33T!NG$ from the backseat y’all! The weather is great (a little toasty) here but I’m cuddling our bag-o-snacks so don’t fret. So #blessed to be able to traverse I-95 and I-85 with these goons – here’s to ensuring we inhale as much BBQ as humanly possible before I let these birdies fly free. Pray 4 us that everything isn’t closed for x-mas! Well, that’s all folks… Moe is over and out. *drops mic*

The beauty of a road trip is that the schedule is completely up to us.
